Im having some problems with downloading torrents

Why is my torrent downloading so slow?

 

Im having some problems with downloading torrents. So right now i am downloading a game and it has about 4.93 gb and im downloading it like at a speed of 5kb and this is happening to all my downloads. I end up having to cancel each on eof them because the next day i wake up it only downloaded about .1 percent. I am using U torrent please help
