This tutorial is with the use of Comodo Firewall but we will add any info we find about other firewalls at the bottom. I highly suggest using Comodo Firewall and it is free. Gives program specific control over any and all applications. This is an updated revised version of my 1st and much simpler and I have removed extra info that made it a little too cumbersome for some or intimidating to others. My original was correct and covered both static and dynamic IPs but most have static IPs (permanent) and thats why its better to do this way and easier. I already made another tutorial on adding this setup to any and all applications in a matter of seconds but I will make a 3rd tutorial with the original rules for those with dynamic IPs and/or using public WIFI.
