What can i do to get rid of the flies in my room?

My room has become the new home of about 13 flies ... my room is very tidy and well kept but its infested with the creatures... I'm not afraid of them, they are just annoying me and my dog for that matter! So my question is are there any home remedies that I can use to get rid of the flies? I've tried spraying my dove spray but that hasn't dome anything!
