How can I buy something off the internet without anyone knowing?

I live at home with my parents. I need to buy something (Nothing illegal.) but my parents wouldnt let me, I've already bought a lot of games, clothes etc. I really want this and need to know how I can do it. I can't send it to a friends house either because I've just moved to Birmingham and don't know many people there. Please help!
