What is the weather like in hurghada Egypt around christmas?

I have been looking into getting away for some winter sun at christmas & have my heart now set on Egypt.
I have heard good things about the weather in Sharm el sheikh around christmas time. Is the weather pretty much the same in hurghada too.
I have seen a lovely hotel in hurghada but dont want to go if the weather is colder in this part of Egypt.
